Deze whisky is traditioneel gemaakt van 100% biologische gerst. Het wordt gerijpt in nieuwe eikenhouten vaten. Daarna wordt de whisky zonder koude filtering gebotteld om zoveel mogelijk smaak te behouden. Het resultaat is een whisky met een uitgesproken karakter en een opvallend zachte smaak en zeer lange afdronk.
